Our coaching program is ongoing, customized and focused on behavior.  We serve as your accountability partner.  We want you to change based on your goals and help you discover the barriers that hold you back and give you the tools to knock them down.

The format of our one-hour sessions, scheduled between 2 and 4 weeks apart, starts with identifying and maintaining 3 goals.  We break the goals down in to high value activities and introduce the skills, knowledge and techniques necessary during the session.  As you change and grow, by stepping outside your comfort zone, your confidence and commitment may be threatened.  We also work to maintain the persistence and fortitude needed to overcome adversity and every day change.

At the end of the session, we determine the benchmarks and other forms of measurement to make sure you are on track and able to report the progress and outcome when you apply what was learned at the next session.

Sometimes we consider going at it alone.  If that is an option, ask yourself, “What are you going to do differently tomorrow, that you are not doing today, that will give you the results you want, that you currently don’t have?”  Some people fail because they don’t have the answers, or they don’t believe the answers will work.  Most people fail to achieve their goals because no one ever told them they deserve better results in life.  You deserve a better life.  It is not easy to get there alone.
